	To be an authorized affiliate of Workforce50.com an operation of NHC Group, Inc. a Massachusetts corporation, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Workforce50.com service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Workforce50.com Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. 1. Joining the Program: By completing the signup form and being accepted by the affiliate program you will become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise the Workforce50.com career site to potential employers and to receive a commission on purchases made by your referred individuals. 2. Revocation of Affiliate Status Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks), etc. Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...) Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities Violation of intellectual property rights. 3. Affiliate Links: You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. Our products and services may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us via your affiliate console, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in 2. You must receive prior approval for custom graphics or text. If you would like us to add to our existing sales aids and have suggestions, please let us know. 4. Affiliate Tracking: When a web surfer clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate username. When this person decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or the are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database. 5. Payment: Your commission is paid by check mailed to you once per month, with a minimum payment of $ 100.00. Each transaction will be marked approved (payable) only after we have received payment for the job advertisement. 6. Customer Confidentiality and Responsibility: During the course of our relationship you may receive specific customer contact information. This is to be held in full confidence, just as you would wish for your personal contact information to be held. This information is not to be used, given to others or sold by you, either for your own benefit, or ours. All customers referred to us belong to us. You are acting only as a commissioned agent and have no rights to contact the referred customers in any way on your own, or others, behalf. All contacts with the customers are to made by us and you are in violation of this agreement if you make any effort to contact our customers or to sell them other products or services. This includes communication in any way, including, but not limited to: email, telephone, postal mail and various online communication methods. 7. Product Liability: As an affiliate, you will not be responsible for shipment, delivery or quality of our products or services. That rests solely with us. 8. Terms of the agreement: These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated, or after 12 continuous months without you referring a new account. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change. The Customer Confidentiality portion of this agreement will remain in effect forever. Using, giving away, selling or causing that information to become available in any manner will result in legal action. We are given this information with the understanding we will safeguard it and you are expected to do the same. 9. Liability: We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors. Having said that, we will make every effort to maintain the hardware and software required to manage this program in proper operating condition. As an affiliate, you are an important part of our organization and we will do all we can to make sure you are treated honestly and fairly. By filling out this form you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them.
